A scaled-down model of the JRX2

The excellent features of the original JRX2 have been retained and the durability and performance of the model have been improved, using new materials and electronics.

Rear wheel drive 2WD

The engine is mounted on the axle as in the original model. This design provides a higher load on the rear axle for maximum traction.

5 point suspension

Thanks to the sophisticated 5-point suspension, the model is known for its excellent driving characteristics even in demanding conditions.

RTR - ready to drive

The package contains everything to operate the model. Immediately after unpacking, you can charge the battery and go racing.

Battery and USB charger

The modern 2S LiPo battery with a capacity of 650 mAh provides approximately 10 minutes of driving time and continuous high performance. You can easily connect the USB charger (0.5A) to any USB port for charging.

2.4 GHz transmitter

The included transmitter contains a lot of functions to set up the model and a stable connection on the 2.4 GHz frequency without interference. Transmitter functions: steering reverse, throttle limitation (50%, 75%, 100%), steering endpoints, steering trim.

2 in 1 receiver with regulator

The combined 25A Spektrum regulator with receiver is easily adjustable via a shorting jumper and includes a practical dustproof switch.

Tires

The front grooved tires provide excellent trail control, while the studded rear tires provide high traction.

Chassis

The flat chassis mimics the original chassis and provides flexibility for easy handling.

Equipped with bearings

Quality ball bearings are used in the entire drive train, which guarantee smooth operation and a long service life.

Aluminum dampers

Shock absorbers with an aluminum body and a retro sleeve for preload adjustment, are filled with viscous oil (22.5 wt), for superior shock absorption.

Racing inspired engine

To power the Mini JRX2, a Jr's Choice 42-threaded engine is used, ready for a sharp ride.

Recommended batteries

To extend the driving time, we recommend the purchase of another battery, which is included in the package - 2S LiPo 7.4V 650mAh 20C HC with EC2 connector.

Accessories for normal operation

For the normal operation of the RC car, you need tire glue, screw glue, a tool kit and silicone shock oil. We recommend an affordable tool kit for RC cars from our range.

Tire glue is used to glue the tires to the disc rim. It is always necessary that the tire is firmly stuck to the wheel rim all the way around! If the tire is not glued all the way around, it may tear. Tire glue has a special composition that is able to glue materials such as rubber or nylon, and at the same time, after hardening, the glue is flexible. We recommend Robitronic Tire Glue from our offer - see recommended accessories.

Sometimes it is necessary to add silicone oil to the shock absorbers of the model and change the oil in the differentials. During normal operation, there are only slight leaks of silicone oil on the piston rods of the shock absorber. In the event that the surface of the damper pistons or the condition of the seals is in poor condition, the oil leakage may be large. Repair kits or individual parts are supplied for these cases. For routine maintenance, screw glue is needed. Screws screwed into the metal material (e.g. screws in the motor, set screw in the pinion) must be secured against loosening with this glue.

Protective covers for accumulators

Protective packaging is intended to limit the risk associated with the transport and charging of accumulators. LiPo accumulators, while maintaining small dimensions and low weight, can provide high discharge currents and have a large capacity for a long driving time. Conversely, the LiPo battery is especially susceptible to mechanical damage.
