The T-90 tank is armed with a refined 125 mm 2A46M smooth-bore cannon. This cannon is capable of firing various types of projectiles, but also laser-guided missiles. Using automatic charging, it can achieve a rate of up to 7-8 shots per minute. The T-90 makes it possible to attack any ground targets, but also low-flying aircraft or helicopters. As a protection, this reactive armor serves the main battle tank and a modern optical-electronic system to interfere with the signal of enemy anti-tank missiles "Shtora-1".
