Original information:
Shuttle, developed by the US space agency NASA. "Space Shuttle" was the only reusable space transport system in the world. Its main components were the shuttle itself (Orbiter) with three reusable main engines, an external fuel tank and two solid rocket propellers with a total takeoff power of 12.46 MN (1,270,566 kP). Space Shuttle has been able to transfer up to 24.5 tons of payload and 7 astronauts to the low orbit of the Earth, roughly between 200 and 650 kilometers. In turn, the fourth shuttle "Atlantis" completed a total of 35 missions from October 3, 1985. In 2012, however, this space program eventually ended after 30 years.
