Super light modeling putty ready to use on balsa, plywood, polystyrene foam and glass laminate. Easy to apply, dries quickly; it is ground and processed like balsa. Dries without shrinkage; ideal for making fillings and transitions. Compatible with most paints, varnishes and covering foils (if in doubt, test the sealant first on a scrap of material).
White color
Use
- Clean the cemented area with a brush or vacuum cleaner.
- Mix before use. If the putty is too dry, add a few drops of water and mix. Too much water can lead to drying shrinkage.
- Apply the putty using a plastic spatula or spoon. Close the container carefully immediately after use.
- Wash contaminated surfaces, tools and hands with soap and water before the sealant dries.
- After the putty has completely dried, sand it smooth with sandpaper. Avoid inhaling dust when grinding. Always wear a respirator.
- The curing time depends on the thickness of the applied layer. Thin layers (up to 1.5 mm) can be sanded after 15 minutes, let thicker layers dry for 1 hour or longer.
- If the plastered area needs to be reinforced, simply saturate it with thin KAVAN (PRO) instant glue.
