Servo Expander EX5K is an intelligent serial bus manager that is compatible with many radio control systems. The device converts the serial communication signal from up to two receivers either to standard PWM servo outputs or to configurable bus data outputs. It offers up to five configurable and high-load servo ports with selectable period and fail-safe settings.
The EX5K enables flight stabilization using an integrated MEMS gyroscope/accelerometer. Up to three configurable flight modes can be used, each with different gains and stabilization settings. In conjunction with other MAVSense devices such as the SE4 or SE6, you can create a fairly complicated installation using very few signal/power cables.
