Characteristics

Inspire kids aged 11+ to learn more about missions to Mars with the LEGO® Technic (42180) Crewed Mars Rover. This elaborate toy is packed with realistic features for little explorers. The model can be unfolded to reveal the cargo area. Children test the suspension and steer the stroller into the correct position. They then use a crane to lift the robotic vehicle, tools, and fuel reactor. In the living area for the crew you will find seats, a shower, a toilet, a treadmill and a refrigerator. The vehicle is equipped with a working elevator, containers for recycling and samples, and canisters for gas and water.

The set includes a special airlock feature that kids can use to connect this model to other LEGO space sets (sold separately) for further space adventures. Kids can look forward to an intuitive building adventure with the LEGO Builder app. In it, you can zoom in and rotate models in 3D, save kits and monitor the progress.
