GF-02 Chassis The gear-driven 4WD GF-02 chassis has its engine in a low, central position in a lightweight,
durable monocoque frame and transmits power to the front and rear axles via gears.
The long wheelbase and wide tread ensure stable off-road performance. The slim frame features a ladder/pipe design
and features integrated sealed gears to help keep stones out. Front
and rear differentials allow for smooth cornering, while separately sold pinions offer choice
of three types of transmission ratios and engine protection increases reliability in the field. Four-wheel double trapezoids
the suspension uses four friction dampers and the power steering is located on the left with equal length tie rods. • 1/10 R/C model. Wheelbase: 267 mm • Front/rear tread: F: 223 mm / R: 221 mm. • 122.8 mm V-pattern block tires. • Gear ratios: 18T (18.03:1), 20T (16.23:1), 17T (19.09:1) The kit comes with an 18-tooth pinion. • 4WS four wheel steering compatible with separately sold third party 4WS radio. • Body pillar position same as CC-02 long wheelbase chassis. • Includes 540 brushed type motor and ESC. • Required for completion: 2-channel radio, servo steering, 7.2-7.4V battery with compatible charger. • The body requires cutting out, applying stickers and other work.
