CALDERCRAFT Schaarhörn 1908 1:35 kit is a model ship kit. During the creation of this gem, many design elements were followed for an exact replica according to the real ship. The wooden parts for the construction are precisely cut on a CNC milling machine. The window frames, ornaments on the shade and many parts were etched from brass sheet in a multi-layer process, so the result is as similar as possible to the original. More than 850 assembly parts made of metal ensure absolute fidelity of this model, up to all beams with all their fittings. The wooden floor and visible wooden parts are already pre-printed . The construction of this model is intended for experienced modellers. The installation of a steam engine requires an additional keel in this narrow hull, which is not part of the set.
