The twin-engine model with acrobatic capabilities from ELAPOR for two-wheel drive PERMAX BL-O 2830-1100 builds on the proven and very popular "DC" predecessor TwinStar II. In contrast, it has a new engine bed with a metal motor bulkhead, properly sized for today's powerful AC motors. TwinStar BL is perfectly suited as the first twin-engine model for recreational pilots. It can easily do basic acrobatics and thanks to its low area load, launches from the hand and landing on the belly are very easy. And of course, plenty of brushless power allows the floats to float all summer!

The fuselage of the model consists of moldings of foam Elapor, as additional reinforcements of the tail part is the tube of the cable and antenna tube. In the bow under the removable cabin cover there is space for the propulsion battery and there are installed rudder and elevator servos. Two MULTIcont BL-20 SD speed controllers are located under the wing and there is space for your receiver. Cooling of the propulsion accumulator and regulators is provided by an air duct with a suction port on the top of the bow and an outlet behind the wing.

The two-piece wing made of foam Elapor connected by a composite pipe coupling is fixed to the fuselage by two polyamide screws with plastic clips. The PERMAX BL-O 2830-1100 motors are mounted on metal motor bulkheads bolted to a plastic bed glued to the engine nacelles - making it easy to replace the motors at any time if required. Aileron servos are housed in the shafts in both halves of the wing; the wings are controlled by short straight wire rods.

The tail surfaces are also from Elapor, rudders are controlled by cableways.

To control the model you will need at least a four-channel RC set, ideally of course is at least a 5- or 6-channel computer RC set with the possibility of adjusting the magnitude of deflections and exponentials. < / p>

Use a three-cell LiPo battery 3000-3700 mAh with a load capacity of at least 30C.

The TwinStar BL can be easily retrained on a seaplane with the # 73 3061 float set, and with functional lights # MULTILight Power # 73030.

RR set includes: finished fuselage with controllers and servos, wing with engines and servos installed, tailplanes from Elapor, 2 propellers 8x5 “with carriers, sheet of pre-cut stickers and construction instructions.
