TORRO tank PRO 1/16 RC Sturmtiger gray camouflage - BB Airsoft

Sturmtiger was a German self-propelled rocket launcher, which was manufactured during World War II. The beginning of its origin dates back to the turn of 1942-1943, when after the Battle of Stalingrad it was clear that the army needed an effective weapon to destroy buildings and fortifications that served to defend cities. The result was a machine that was equipped with a missile launcher RW-61, which was originally designed for battleships as an anti-submarine weapon. Due to the weight of ammunition, the chassis was used from a heavy tank Tiger I. The charge was a 1.4 meter long rocket, which had its own engine. This 345 kg rocket was handled by a mini crane. In the armored turret, 16 pieces of these missiles could fit into storage spaces and one missile on a "roller" conveyor, and exceptionally another was inserted in the barrel. Sturmtiger did not go into series production until the spring of 1944. Its official name was "38cm Rakettenwerfer RW 61 auf Sturmmösser Tiger". In total, only 18 pieces were produced.

Sturmtigers were deployed mainly on the Western Front, fighting in the Battle of the Ardennes, for example. They were also used in the suppression of the Warsaw Uprising.

Many small parts and various stickers perfectly complete the replica of the faithful scale.

Controls and functions

The powerful tank model has 2.4 GHz RC control. The vehicle is equipped with the BB Airosft system, so battles are possible as in real combat. Engines with optimized torque give the Sturmtiger a precise and smooth ride. Metal gears with robust gears and improved transmission ensure greater performance. Thanks to the proportional control, you can approach the tank very slowly and gradually increase your speed. The Sturmtiger moves forwards and backwards, also with left and right turns. It can also be turned left or right on the spot. You can raise and lower the cannon. The realistic experience is completed by various engine sounds and smoke from the exhaust.
