    The popular Estes Mercury Redstone model is powered by a rocket engine. Kit for more demanding modellers includes laser cut wood parts, fuselage parts, plastic parts and decals. Max. height up to 61 m, parachute return 381 mm.

    Difficulty of building a rocket

    Rockets of 3 difficulty are designed for more skilled modellers. There are more laser-cut parts in the set. The body of the rocket requires finishing. The rocket has a sophisticated complex design and a nose or cone made of plastic or balsa. Requires intermediate skills in modeling and rocket finishing. Instructions are included. It may take a few days to build.

    It is necessary to paint the assembled model - we recommend using acrylic spray paints. Spray paints can be purchased from us or in paint and varnish shops. You can find information on building and launching in this article.
