The current Gorch Fock is a cadet training ship of the German Navy. It was built at the Blohm and Voss shipyards in Hamburg according to the plans of the previous version from 1933. It was launched on 23 August 1958 and its home port is the city of Kiel. It regularly participates in events organized by the Sailing Training Association.

For gluing, we recommend universal dispersion glue and Robitronic instant glue medium 20ml. For painting, we recommend acrylic enamel paints. Apply paints with quality brushes (flat brushes for surfaces, round brushes for details).
