The CSS Alabama, the most famous ship of the American Civil War, was a war roof built by John Laird Sons & Co. in Liverpool, England in 1862 for the Confederacy. The package includes wooden parts, moldings, fittings, rigging, plans, etc.

    Under the command of Captain Raphael Seames, CSS Alabama sailed against Union vessels in the North Atlantic and West Indies, where it caused. Although CSS Alabama fired more shots than its heavily armored opponent, it lost the battle and was sunk off the coast of Cherbourg.
