Kit of the non-floating model MAMOLI HMS Beagle in 1:64 scale from 1817. The ship of the British Royal Navy first acted as a coast guard, later it was used for scientific purposes in the Indian and Pacific Oceans after the removal of the cannons. The package includes wooden parts, moldings and a number of fittings, rigging, plans, etc.
Easier control of the ship along the insidious coral reefs in the Pacific was achieved thanks to the modification of the sails of the third mast, which made it a truly three-masted brig. Memorable for the ship's date is December 27, 1831. The Beagle withered anchors in the English town of Plymouth to set sail for an extensive research voyage, on board is one of the world's most important scientists, Charles Darwin.
