More than 200 mass-produced Gato-class submarines of the US Navy have been built since the beginning of World War II and dealt a serious blow to Japanese merchant shipping. To combat them, the Japanese Navy developed the fighter Submarine No.13. This set contains 2 ships of each type. Modelers can choose to display a submarine with various weapons, either in the shape of a waterline or a full hull. Sub Chaser No.13 contains detailed depth charge launchers, 80mm DP cannon and anti-aircraft guns. Also included are parts for two US B-24 Liberator bombers that were used in attacks against shipping.
The model does not contain paint or glue.
