H-Speed Flexa Fix is an adhesive for lexan bodies, it can also be used on most similar plastics (PET, ABS). Not suitable for polyethylene and polystyrene. The glue is based on acetone, after hardening the joint is flexible. The glued joint must be on the surface so that acetone can evaporate from it. It is therefore suitable for reinforcing lexan bodies or for gluing reinforcing fabrics or other porous materials to the inside of the body.
The glue can be applied with a brush or spatula, or it can be diluted with acetone. Curing times are typically 30 minutes (depending on the thickness of the layer). It causes a slight whitening of clear plastics, which is why it is advisable to apply it in the case of car bodies up to the final color spray.
