Output with IC3 or IC5 connectors

The Spektrum™ S2100 Smart G2 AC Charger features IC3® and IC5® output connectors. Use the slider above the connectors to select the IC3® or IC5® connector, and then you can instantly charge the battery with up to 12A of current with up to 200W of power per output during fast charging. You can charge and balance Smart G2 batteries with just one connection to the IC3® or IC5® connector. No need for a cable with a balancer connector!

Better user interface

To provide the best overview of the menu, the S2100 G2 charger includes a large 2.4" display and a pleasant user interface with improved menus, icons and navigation tools. For maximum safety, simplicity and ease of charging, the new automatic charging function recognizes the SMART battery charging parameters , as soon as you connect the battery, the charger will automatically start charging properly.

Countdown time to charge

The display of the AC S2100 G2 charger counts down in real time the hours and minutes until the SMART battery is fully charged.

Modern and functional design

The elegant charger case fits perfectly on your desk and in your transport box. The mains cable is detachable for easier transport. Rubber grips help you hold the charger securely when connecting and removing batteries. USB input and output ports allow you to update the charger's firmware and charge secondary devices. Other features include an integrated power switch and a low-noise cooling fan.

Smart G2 batteries are programmed from the factory to automatically adjust the voltage to a safe storage voltage of 3.9V per cell after 72 hours of inactivity. This will give your battery a longer life, better performance throughout the life of the battery. You can cancel the automatic Storage setting using the Smart charger. The G2 batteries also offer a higher discharge rate for Storage, which is three times faster than the previous G1 Smart battery.

Smart G2 soft case LiPol packs also include internal metal side plates. These plates improve heat dissipation and provide more cell protection against punctures during rough landings or in the event of an impact.

As with other Smart batteries, you do not need to set your own Spektrum™ Smart G2 battery charging preferences unless you want to change the parameters. When a Smart G2 LiPo battery is connected to a Spektrum™ Smart charger, its unique charging parameters and health information are loaded into the charger from an integrated memory microchip. You can view and set preferences such as current through the charger, so all that is needed to charge the battery is to connect it to your SMART charger. SMART technology takes care of the rest.
