The Arrma Quake 223S BLX monster truck RC model with 2WD drive, independent suspension, oil shock absorbers and powerful AC drive, reaches speeds of up to 80 km/h. All this at an affordable price for such a powerful model. Durability, BLX performance and precise model processing are typical of the Arrma brand, and all important features are preserved in this model. Exclusive DSC driving stabilization is included. The RC car is designed for children, adults, beginners and experienced drivers who will get a ready-made, durable and fast model.
Thanks to the fact that the AC drive is designed for 2-3S LiPo, you can initially drive with a 2S LiPo battery (sold separately) for a speed of up to 56 km/h and once your driving skills improve, you can also connect a 3S LiPo battery (sold separately) to the model and increase the power and speed to an extreme 80 km/h. In the control The unit includes a special function of electronic stability control DSC, which automatically makes steering corrections for smooth driving in skids, easier steering at higher speeds and on less grippy surfaces. DSC stabilization has 4 modes, including the option to turn it off. Another function is the ability to limit the throttle to 75% or 50%, so the model is also suitable for complete beginners.
Arrma Quake has the classic design of popular monster truck models with high ground clearance and large wheels, which allows it to race in almost any environment - off-road, on grass, in parking lots and on asphalt surfaces. It will be unbeatable especially when driving in difficult terrain and when driving over large bumps. The composite chassis can withstand hard impacts. The metal gears used are durable enough for AC drive. Maximum traction is provided by proven dBoots Cut Chevron MT tires with a typical arrow tread pattern. The Spektrum SLT transmitter provides safe operation without failures, for a carefree ride, the model uses waterproof* components - a Spektrum 2-in-1 45A controller with receiver and a Spektrum S681 high-torque servo.
Arrma Quake is a versatile model in terms of performance and can gradually grow with your driving skills. To start, you can operate the model on a 2S LiPo battery and limit the throttle output to 50%. Later, you can increase the throttle to 75% and 100% and even connect a 3S LiPo battery to the model and reach speeds of up to 80 km/h.
An exclusive function, especially for new drivers, is the dynamic driving stabilization included in the Spektrum control unit. It uses integrated sensors to make steering corrections for easier control. The stabilization intensity can be conveniently changed using the transmitter in four modes, from off to high assistance.
The 2-channel Spektrum SLT2 transmitter is the ideal size for all drivers. It can help you learn to control your model safely by limiting the model's maximum speed to 50% or 75% until you are ready for full power. The package includes 4 AA batteries for the transmitter.
The gearbox with generously dimensioned metal gears contains a differential that distributes power from the engine to the rear wheels. The gearbox is sufficiently dimensioned and well protected against dirt ingress.
Be worry-free even in wet conditions. The Spektrum electronics, including the control unit and the S681 servo with metal gears, are waterproof*.
The battery compartment on the underside of the chassis allows for quick and easy battery replacement without having to remove the body.
The model has a strong and durable composite chassis with a narrow, lightweight, purposeful design that traps less dirt. The chassis is also suitable for off-road use and provides excellent ground clearance for overcoming bumps.
Independent suspension and oil-filled shock absorbers smoothly absorb bumps. If your ride takes you into more difficult terrain, you can increase the ground clearance with spring pads.

To put the model into operation, you need to purchase a drive battery and an adequate charger for the drive battery.
The model can be operated on a 2 to 3-cell LiPo battery. The battery should be equipped with an EC5 or IC5 connector. For normal driving, we recommend a 2-cell LiPo battery (7.4 V).

Smart G2 batteries are even simpler and safer, thanks to the absence of a balance connector. G2 batteries also have up to 3x faster automatic discharge to storage mode. Smart G2 batteries can only be charged on Spektrum Smart and Smart G2 chargers.
Spektrum Smart chargers can charge both Smart and Smart G2 batteries, as well as conventional batteries. Previously sold Smart chargers also support Smart G2 after the update.
For normal operation of RC models, you need tire glue, screw glue, a tool kit and silicone oil for shock absorbers. From our range, we recommend an affordable tool kit for RC cars.
Tire glue is used to glue tires to the rim of the disc. It is always necessary that the tire is firmly glued to the wheel rim around the entire circumference! If the tire is not glued around the entire circumference, it may burst. Tire glue has a special composition that is able to glue materials such as rubber or nylon, and at the same time, the glue is flexible after hardening. Occasionally, it is necessary to add silicone oil to the model's shock absorbers and change the oil in the differentials. During normal operation, only slight silicone oil leaks occur along the shock absorber piston rods. If the surface of the shock absorber piston rods or the condition of the seals is poor, the oil leak can be large. For these cases, repair kits or individual parts are available. Screw glue is required for routine maintenance. Screws screwed into metal material (e.g. screws in the engine, set screw in the pinion) must be secured against loosening with this glue.
Protective packaging is designed to reduce the risk associated with transporting and charging batteries. LiPo batteries can, while maintaining small dimensions and low weight, provide high discharge currents and have a large capacity for long driving time. On the other hand, LiPo batteries are particularly susceptible to mechanical damage.
