Thanks to a complete set of waterproof electronics (by Hobbywing), the KRONOS is ready to drive wherever you want and whenever you want! The electronic controller is not only resistant to splashing water and mud, but the servo control and receiver are also protected from the elements by special coatings applied at the TEAM CORALLY factory. The receiver is further protected inside an electronics enclosure that keeps dust and mud out of the electrical connections. It goes without saying that we only used rubber seals. You can take Kronos anywhere! (Warning: no RC Model should be operated fully submerged in water or mud. Be careful when riding in extreme conditions, and proper maintenance such as cleaning and lubrication should be performed after riding in mud, water or near salt water.)
Racing chassis style for extreme performance!
KRONOS is based on the best professional racing machines in the RC industry and uses a flat
PAN-style chassis construction for the most efficient chassis layout. With optimized weight distribution, the weight of the drivetrain and all components is kept as close to the center of the chassis as possible. Massive struts front and rear provide extra stiffness to allow the 16mm big-bore aluminum oil shocks and HiCC8 suspension to do what they're supposed to do.
Massive BRUSHLESS power of 2050 KV!
With the Team Corally Kuron 2050KV 4-pole motor mounted on a two-piece sliding motor mount, you can be sure to get maximum speed from the RC model to achieve the highest, longest jump at a high top speed! The engine is equipped with a hardened steel pinion which turns a hardened steel main gear connected to the center differential. Do you want massive speeds? You can get them by pressing the trigger! Speeds above 110 km/h (70+ mph) are easy - just put in big enough and powerful batteries!
LiPo Power Ready!
The KRONOS battery holder fits all popular battery sizes and is adjustable for maximum versatility. The Team Corally Kuron 2050KV motor can use batteries between 2S to 6S, giving you speeds over 100km/h (60+ mph)!!
All-metal drive with three adjustable differentials
Like serious level RC vehicles, the KRONOS model is equipped with front, rear and center differentials filled with silicone oil. They act as limited slip differentials to ensure that all the power from the Kuron 2050 KV motor gets to the tires. You can even tune the differentials to change the amount of traction on either end of the model with the ease of removing the difference in stock! Inside the differential you'll find a full set of metal gears with metal carriers that connect to steel center shafts that connect to the front and rear differentials. The front axles are driven by CVD half-axles and the rear axles are driven by metal universal joints. The entire drivetrain is supported by massive rubber-sealed ball bearings size 8x16x5mm for maximum efficiency.
Incredibly solid position!
Like the top competitive racing Buggy and Truggy on the market today, the Kronos features an extra-strong front pivot ball suspension with steel pivot balls and control links, as well as high-strength composite arms. The rear suspension is equipped with vertical hubs and steel tension pins. On all four axles, there are extra strong suspension arms made of HiCC8 composite material with 16mm thick oil shock absorbers that ensure the tires stay in contact with the ground for maximum traction - if you want to fly through the air!
Huge all-terrain tires!
Colossal rubber tires with high sidewalls are glued to very durable multi-spoke discs and mounted on 17mm hex hubs, as used on top racing machines! The large lugs and studs on the tires are ideal for traction on all types of terrain: grass, gravel, mud and more are no problem at all for the Kronos!
