I am personally very happy to have the honor to present to you a functional licensed model of the legendary Land Rover Defender D110 Wagon in 1:8 scale from the dynamic and increasingly popular brand Double Eagle, abbreviated Double E. This effort is one of the so-called flagship boats of this brand and design, workshop processing and the technology used clearly indicate this. The basis of this model is a massive metal chassis, on which sits a plastic body reinforced with carbon fibers. The body has a license from the Land Rover company, which also corresponds to the realistic proportions and exquisitely crafted details, not only from the outside, but also in the interior. An added value and not at all a common thing is the possibility of manual opening of all 5 doors and the front hood, under which the control unit with the main switch and space for the battery is cleverly hidden. Thanks to this, there is no annoying turning or disassembling the model when changing the battery or looking for the switch. The heart of the model is a very powerful special Brushed 550 brake motor with high torque, which is adapted for driving in the most extreme terrain. This is aided by a 2-speed encapsulated metal transmission with locking differentials and a metal cardan. A matter of course in this category is fully proportional control, which takes place using the steering wheel's rubberized 2.4 GHz controller. Contact with the ground is ensured by softened rubber tires set in real metal rims, which are mounted on independently suspended axles, dampened by anodized ALU oil shock absorbers. This ultimate equipment is completed by the fact that all metal parts are machined on CNC and the chassis is almost all metal. In conclusion, I'll just add that you don't even have to be afraid of the dark, because the D110 has both front and rear LED headlights, thanks to which you can drive really "hallelujah".
