The light cruisers of the Japanese Navy during World War II were used for a variety of tasks,
including fleet escort, reconnaissance, torpedo attacks, destroyer fleet command and transport. Most of them were
5,500 ton veteran ships built during the Taisho era, and this kit represents the Kinu, which was completed
in 1922 as one of the Nagara class ships. Her long, narrow hull, three funnels and box-shaped bridge have been realistically
