Since he needed helicopters capable of destroying armored vehicles or entrenched enemy strongpoints, he converted the helicopters to the AH-1S version in cooperation with the American side. The AH-1S version was armed with TOW missiles. But the Israeli helicopters still retained some features typical of the older version of the AH-1G helicopters. The highly detailed model kit consists of nine frames of gray plastic parts and one frame of clear parts. Decals are offered by four brown machines (one in two forms). Two of the selected camouflages carry the identifying yellow V.
