1:35 Tamiya 35387 Leopard 2 A7V 1/35

In May 2017, it was decided to give the Bundeswehr Leopard 2 tank an upgrade
in the form of Leopard 2 A7V; A7V, based on the A7 variant,
it has additional front armor of the body, which increases its service life,
with a new chassis to compensate for the extra weight.
Its 120mm L/50 gun is taken from the A6 variant, which – when used
the latest ammunition - can penetrate enemy armor up to a distance of five kilometers.
Other design evolutions include a sight to enhance visibility in poor visibility,
new tracks and new rear turret basket. 104 existing tanks are to be upgraded to the A7V specification
and units began receiving them in September 2021.

About the Model
Length: 320 mm, width: 110 mm.
?Tamiya designers have done extensive research on the full-size vehicle
and re-created A7V features such as the additional frontal armor, rear fuselage, and side hull shape.
?The aprons are depicted on the rear sides of the tower.
? Photo-etched parts for the engine grille and parts of the basket on the side of the turret provide a sharp and detailed finish.
? The model comes with commander and charger figures with a choice of headgear.
? Three labeling options are included.
