The Lockheed Martin F-35 Lightning II is a single-seat, single-engine, fifth-generation multirole aircraft. Its main advantage is the wide variability of use, the aircraft can thus provide direct air support to troops on the ground, carry out reconnaissance, fight for air supremacy or also engage in electronic warfare or suppress enemy air defenses. The F-35 is thus capable of replacing existing diverse aircraft such as the F-16 Fighting Falcon, F/A-18 Hornet, A-10 Thunderbolt II or AV-8B Harrier II, which it technologically surpasses.
It is the technological maturity and equipment that moves the F-35 aircraft into the category of fifth-generation aircraft, which use the most modern technologies in avionics, radar invisibility ("stealth"), excellent maneuverability, thanks to advanced electronics, these aircraft are also able to better share data with each other and thus provide better overview of the situation on the battlefield compared to older fourth-generation aircraft such as the F-16 or MiG-29.
The F-35 aircraft also has an extensive arsenal, which can be made up of variations of air-to-ground, air-to-air missiles, anti-tank missiles, or bombs of smaller and medium sizes. In the future, it is also expected to carry the B61 thermonuclear bomb or lasers. The F-35 is also equipped with a more "conventional" four-barrel GAU-22/A 25mm rotary cannon with a rate of 3300 rounds per minute.

The model impresses with its flight performance and fully automatic position stabilization (gyro), which gives the model very pleasant flight characteristics and is also suitable for beginners. The model is delivered RTF (Ready to fly), i.e. that no screwing, drilling or gluing is required. The built-in gyro immediately takes over the flight stabilization and the pilot can concentrate on the actual control of the model. As soon as no control command is executed, the model returns to horizontal straight flight. Using the button on the transmitter, the gyro can be switched off, for example for flips. Should the flight situation become uncertain, the gyro switch serves as a lifeline. Immediately after pressing the button, the model will automatically return to a stable flight position. The robust and impact-resistant material (EPP) also allows for harder falls and landings. Easy to fix or glue.

3 flight modes
You can choose between 3 speed modes.
Mode A is for advanced pilots who can fly the fighter all by themselves and the stabilization system does not help them in any way in piloting. In this mode, it is possible to perform loping, acrobatics, etc.
Mode B is ideal for beginners. The model flies at a low angle, the ideal mode for large areas or moderate wind.
Mode C is suitable for small areas and no wind. The model flies at a high angle of climb.

A big advantage of this model is the signaling of the discharged battery. If the battery is at 20% capacity, the remote control will start beeping and you have 2 minutes to land. All you have to do is take off the gas and the model will slowly descend to the ground.
