The Sukhoi Su-27 (NATO code "Flanker") is a Soviet twin-engine fighter aircraft designed to fight air targets at high, medium, low, ground altitudes, day and night in all weather conditions. It was created in the Sukhoi design office. Thanks to its considerable range, it can also serve as a patrol and escort aircraft. It was designed as a response to American fourth-generation heavy fighter aircraft such as the Grumman F-14 Tomcat and the McDonnell Douglas F-15 Eagle, with a range of 3,530 kilometers (1,910 nmi), heavy armament, sophisticated avionics, and high maneuverability. The Su-27 is designed for air supremacy, and subsequent variants are capable of almost all aerial military operations. It was created together with the MiG-29 aircraft, which was created as a counterweight to the General Dynamics F-16 Fighting Falcon and McDonnell Douglas F/A-18 Hornet machines.
Replica of the twin-engine Russian SU-27 fighter jet. It remains one of the most important fighter aircraft in the Russian Air Force today and was developed as a direct counterpart to the American F-15 Eagle. The model impresses with its flight performance and fully automatic position stabilization (gyro), which gives the model very pleasant flight characteristics and is also suitable for beginners. The model is delivered RTF (Ready to fly), i.e. h no screwing, drilling or gluing required. The built-in gyro immediately takes over the flight stabilization and the pilot can concentrate on the actual control of the model. As soon as no control command is executed, the model returns to horizontal straight flight. Using the button on the transmitter, the gyro can be switched off, for example for flips. Should the flight situation become uncertain, the gyro switch serves as a lifeline. Immediately after pressing the button, the model will automatically return to a stable flight position. The robust and impact-resistant material (EPP) also allows for harder falls and landings. Easy to fix or glue.
