The General Atomics MQ-9 Predator is an unmanned aircraft of the United States Air Force characterized as a MALE (medium-altitude, long-endurance) unmanned aerial system. This aircraft is characterized by medium operating altitude and long endurance. The aircraft was originally used exclusively for reconnaissance purposes (RQ-1A) and later its modified armed version (MQ-1) armed with two AGM-114 Hellfire cruise missiles was created. The Predator has been in service since 1995. It has been deployed in the battles for Afghanistan, Bosnia, Kosovo, Iraq, Yemen and Libya.
The MQ-1 Predator is a medium-sized 2.4 GHz RC plane with easy control thanks to the gyroscope that keeps the plane perfectly stable. The EPP material used for production is very light, thanks to which it becomes resistant and flexible in case of impacts. You will definitely not be bored with this model, as the model is supplied as a DIY kit and will impress every pilot and spectator not only at the airport. The model is very easy to assemble in a few seconds, thanks to which it is also storable during transport. The direction is controlled by the thrust of the engines. The aircraft's powerful engines are powered by a powerful battery, with which the flight time on one charge is up to 20 minutes. The model can be aged by hand - with a throw, or from a solid surface.
