Easy-to-spread, versatile, high-quality chloroprene-based gel contact adhesive for indoor use. Composition that drips and does not flow. It has excellent heat resistance from -15 ° C to + 70 ° C. The glued joint remains elastic and balances internal stresses. Spreading capacity approx. 2-2.5 m2 / liter of adhesive.
SCOPE OF USE:
Immediately bond laminates (Formica®), wood, boards, veneers, (foam) rubber, (artificial) leather, linoleum, cork, plastics, felt and foam polyester together and to particle board, concrete, wood and metal. Ideal for bonding materials
which cannot be clamped or compressed (stressed materials, curved objects, vertical applications), or objects that have to be loaded manually.
The adhesive is not suitable for bonding PP, PE, expanded polystyrene and softened PVC.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
The glued parts must be clean, dry and free of grease.
Wet Bonding: If at least one surface is porous, just apply the adhesive to one surface, bond the materials and fix them for 24 hours.
CONTACT ADHESIVE: If both bonded materials are non-porous, apply the adhesive to both surfaces of the bonded material. Leave for 10 - 25 minutes. All the solvent must be evaporated !!! For many porous materials you can
repeat multiple times - skin, foam,… Then press firmly together. Correction is no longer possible after bonding.
Remove the stains immediately with acetone.
TIP:
If the lid is stuck, hold it under warm water for a while.
IMPORTANT:
Use within a temperature range of + 15 ° C to + 25 ° C. Close the container properly after use and store in a dry, frost-free, cool place. Minimum shelf life is 24 months.
