Antigravity Care is the official service and protection plan designed by the manufacturer directly for the Antigravity A1 drone. This two-year program offers advanced coverage beyond the standard warranty and protects your drone from a range of operational risks – from accidents to complete loss of the device.
Antigravity Care (1 year) includes:
Accidental damage caused by pilot error or technical failure
Collision with the ground, obstacles, trees, etc.
Water damage caused by landing or falling into water
Wear and tear due to normal use (including mechanical defects)
Lost drone (flyaway) – if you lose your device during a flight and it can't be found
Purchase a plan – you activate the plan by purchasing within 48 hours of activating your new A1 drone.
Registration and account linking – the plan is automatically linked to your device's serial number.
Replacement/repair request – in the event of an accident, you contact support and submit a request.
Fast replacement – the drone or relevant components will be sent to you after payment of the replacement fee.
Cost savings – instead of the full price, you pay only 15% of the device price for each replacement or repair.
Up to 2 device or component replacements within 12 months
