How the service works – step by step:
1. Purchase FlexiCare
Order the service as a card that will arrive physically.
2. Service activation
Go to the official activation website: https://www.insta360.com/support/Insta360Care/activate
Fill in your name, email, phone, camera serial number and activation code.
After successful activation, you will receive a confirmation with a reference number.
Activation is possible within 15 days of camera activation.
3. Submitting an exchange request
If the camera is damaged:
Log in to the website and fill out an exchange request, they sent the camera for free.
4. Camera handover and exchange
Upon receipt of the damaged camera, a new one will be sent to you immediately.
Service is carried out at authorized service centers.
