Fill in your name, email, phone, camera serial number, and activation code.
After successful activation, you will receive a confirmation with a reference number.
Activation is possible within 15 days of camera activation.
3. Submitting a replacement request
If the camera is damaged:
Log in to the website and fill out a replacement request, they will send the camera free of charge.
4. Camera handover and replacement
After receiving the damaged camera, a new one will be sent to you immediately.
