It is designed for high performance yet lightweight and flexible to provide the stability you need to create perfect shots and photos. The Inspire 1 is a professional aerial photography and video platform that is "ready to fly straight out of the box". It is equipped with an on-board camera with a lens with a focal length of 20 mm with a three-axis stabilized suspension, it takes sharp 12 mp images and stable video recording up to 4K. The adjustable arms with motors and landing gear extend upwards after take-off, providing an unobstructed 360° field of view for the camera.
The advanced control system makes the Inspire 1 stable and easy to control when flying under the roof and in the open sky. The all-new Vision Positioning System enables accurate hovering in the desired position at low altitude even without GPS. Like all DJI flight control systems, it enables an automatic return to the take-off point if the control signal is lost or the battery voltage drops.
The Inspire 1 allows a maximum flight speed of up to 22 m/s* and a maximum flight time of up to 18 minutes* when using a fully charged 4500 mAh Intelligent Propulsion Battery.

INSPIRE 1
A compact system that is ready to fly right out of the box. Carbon fiber arms give you the strength you need to maneuver in the air. By moving the switch, you transform them into a position outside the camera's view. With a full 360°, unobstructed view, you now have the opportunity to shoot footage regardless of the direction of flight.

Every part, every part of the Inspire 1 has been developed to be durable and lightweight. The aerodynamic body floats through the air and contributes to better control over the aircraft. All this ensures a long flight time (up to 18 minutes) and a long operational life.

The model is able to fly stably even in halls and buildings without a GPS signal. This is made possible by the all-new Vision Positioning System . The new optical flow technology uses a specially designed camera and ultrasonic sensors to bring simplicity to "indoor" flying.
This technology allows the Inspire 1 to maintain position, stop when you let go of the control sticks, and respond to your instructions even without a GPS signal.

Thanks to the new Propulsion drive system with new motors and propellers, the Inspire 1 V2.0 is even more powerful and can be used without modification even with the new X5 camera.

The control unit can work in three flight modes, which allow you to fully adapt the behavior of the model to your requirements:
P-mode:
Safe to fly. In this mode, the Inspire 1 has a strong GPS signal and can use the Vision Positioning System to accurately hover in the desired position both indoors and outdoors. When flying outside, it also means that the position of the Take-off Point has been recorded, so that an automatic return is possible in case of loss of control signal.

VP mode has three possible states:

• P-GPS: GPS works best under the open sky in an open area; The Inspire 1 uses GPS to accurately hover in place if the GPS signal is strong enough.
• P-OPTI: If the GPS signal is not sufficient, the model can use the optical Vision Positioning System (VPS) for precise hovering.
• P-ATTI: if neither GPS nor VPS is available, the model uses only the barometric altimeter to maintain the position, so only the height is precisely stabilized.

Keep in mind that the VPS may not work properly if the Inspire 1 is flying over water, over rough terrain, or in low light conditions.

A-mode
A mode in which neither GPS nor VPS is functional. The model uses only a barometric sensor to maintain altitude. If the take-off point is entered correctly, the model will return to the take-off point when the control signal is lost.

F-mode

It is a matter of course for INSPIRE 1 to return to the place of take-off, which occurs in the following cases:

• pressing the auto return button
• low battery voltage
• loss of control signal

Mobile application
With the mobile app, you can take control of the camera and flight systems. Everything from manual setting of camera parameters to flight telemetry and automatic take-off and landing is just a matter of finger touch.
Also coming soon with more features and updates. The application is intended for devices with an OS or Android operating system.
Using a smart device with an installed application, you can control your model, set individual parameters, and upgrade the firmware. Real-time online preview in HD quality (720p resolution) is available.
This is made possible by a completely new version of DJI Lightbridge technology, which can transmit video up to a distance of 2 km.

Transmitter
The maximum range of the transmitter supplied to control the Inspire 1 is 2 km. In addition to the control itself, the transmitter also allows you to control the raising and lowering of the arms and to activate the function of automatic return to the take-off point by pressing a button. Other controls are for taking pictures, starting/stopping video recording, viewing footage and controlling the camera hinge.
The model and the transmitter include a video transmission kit based on DJI Lightbridge, which allows you to watch the image from the camera on the display of the mobile phone in real time. The service application also allows you to set the camera parameters and activate the Master/Slave mode, in which one person can control the model and the other can control the camera and its hinge. The transmitters of the pilot and the camera operator communicate with each other using a wireless signal in the 5.8 GHz band and have a mutual range of up to 50 m. The LiPo battery of the transmitter has a maximum operating time of approx. 4 hours and can be recharged without removing it from the transmitter.

Hinge and 4K camera
The result of several years of work by DJI in the field of image stabilization is the camera gimbal, which will provide you with a smooth and stable image in any flight conditions.
Shoot in up to 4K resolution or take 12 megapixel images with the Inspire 1 camera. The lens consisting of 9 optical elements (including aspherical) in 9 groups provides a great image, while support for the Adobe DNG RAW format allows you to turn every shot into a work of art.
The recording is saved on a micro SD card, which is part of the package (16Gb).
