The superior quality of this high-strength, two-component epoxy adhesive ensures strong bonding and repair with a strength of 300 kg / cm2. The adhesive resists moisture, oils, solvents, diluted acids and alkalis. It has a high heat resistance from -40 ° C to + 100 ° C. After curing, it can be drilled and overcoated.
SCOPE OF USE:
It is suitable for bonding metals, wood, chipboard, thermosets, hard PVC, laminates, ceramics, porcelain, glass, concrete, stone, marble, rubber, expanded polystyrene, etc. to each other and to each other. Not suitable for bonding PP, PE, Teflon and Silicone.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
The glued parts must be clean, dry and free of grease. Remove the syringe cap. Dispense filler and hardener in a 1: 1 volume ratio (two equal strips) and mix well. The workability of the adhesive is 90 minutes at room temperature. Apply the adhesive on one side, on both sides on rough and porous materials, press both surfaces together and fix (using clips or tape). Clean and close the ends properly (it is necessary to break the cap off the pistons of the two-syringe). The curing time and final functional strength depend on the supplied temperature - see table. The minimum working temperature is 15 ° C. Store in a dry and cool place.
