Flexible board Flex

The parabolic shape of the wheel cutout ensures greater wheel compatibility. No more compromise between stability and comfort. The optimized distribution of the flexible areas ensures greater stability in the wider parts of the board and better controllability in the narrower parts. Alternating layers of omnidirectional laminate and bamboo form a highly durable and flexible board. The top layer of the board was created using the latest UV printing technologies for laminates, which makes the surface of the board more expressive and durable. The front and back of the board are slightly raised to provide better maneuverability and make it easier to lift the longboard. This detail will be appreciated especially by die-hard skaters.

Attention to detail

Softened griptape for shock absorption is standard equipment of the Flex longboard. Better damping properties, higher water resistance, increased strength and comfort. New generation of Exway wheels - Reduced hardness 76A for a smoother ride. The 85mm wheels use a new parabolic cutout plate for better stability. 90% ultra-high-rebound polyurethane delivers a combination of softness and durability.

Interchangeable drive

The FOC speed controller is compatible with both Hub and Riot drives. Hub drive, where the motor is in the wheel hub, has quieter operation and higher ground clearance. The Riot drive, where the motor turns the belts that drive the wheels, has more torque and is compatible with a wide range of wheels thanks to various adapters.

3 pre-set modes for riders of different abilities with the possibility of easy adjustment of the functioning of the acceleration and brake. Turbo function, in which the maximum speed is up to 40 km/h. In the application, the size of the wheels can be adjusted so that the distance and speed are calculated more accurately. Adjustable length of standby that starts when idle. In the user-friendly interface, you can turn on cruise control, change gears, turn on Free Mode and more.

Top notch driver

The longboard can be turned on/off remotely with the controller. In hibernation mode, current consumption is reduced to 3% so that the controller is always ready for use.

Intelligent drive battery

24 safety sensors connected to the controller monitor all battery cells. A multi-layer UL-certified software and hardware safety circuit constantly monitors the battery. High-capacity SONY VCT6 18650 cells can be discharged at a high current to maintain battery reliability and performance. A high-precision galvanometer monitors the battery with an accuracy of 1%. Low power mode is automatically activated during longer storage. The battery is easily replaceable and has an IP55 degree of protection.

Exway Trist trucks

The brand new Exway Trist trucks are manufactured using proprietary forging and CNC milling technologies developed by Exway's engineering team. Trucks produced in this way are more durable than trucks produced by the standard die-casting method. T6 heat treatment ensures the strength of the truck plate and wheel carriers. Bushing sizes are industry standard to ensure compatibility and adaptability. The ends of the bushings are equipped with a seal in the shape of a cup, which ensures stability especially during high-speed sliding. Hand-cast polyurethane pivot cup improves shock absorption, noise and stability. VIRGIN A352 aluminum alloy, SCM435 alloy steel kingpins and SCM440 alloy steel shaft ensure maximum strength.
