Flex flex plate

The parabolic shape of the wheel cutout ensures greater wheel compatibility. No more compromising between stability and comfort. Optimized distribution of flexible areas ensures greater stability in wider parts of the board and better maneuverability in narrower parts. The alternating layers of omnidirectional laminate and bamboo form a maximally durable and flexible board. The top layer of the board was created using the latest UV printing technologies for laminates, thanks to which the surface of the board is more pronounced and durable. The front and rear of the board lift slightly to ensure better handling and to make it easier to lift the longboard. This detail will be appreciated especially by die-hard skaters.

Attention to detail

Soft grip tape for shock absorption is standard on the Flex longboard. Better damping properties, higher water resistance, increased strength and comfort. New generation of Exway bikes - Reduced hardness 76A for a smoother ride. 85mm wheels use a new parabolic plate cutout for better stability. 90% ultra-high-rebound polyurethane brings a combination of softness and durability.

Interchangeable drive

The FOC speed controller is compatible with both Hub and Riot drives. The Hub drive, where the engine is in the wheel hub, has a quieter run and a higher ground clearance. The Riot drive, where the engine rotates the belts that drive the wheels, has more torque and is compatible with a wide range of wheels thanks to various adapters.

Exway application

3 preset modes for different riders with the possibility of easy adjustment of the acceleration and brake operation. Turbo function, at which the maximum speed is up to 40 km / h. In the application, you can adjust the size of the wheels so that the distance and speed are calculated more accurately. Adjustable length of standby mode that starts when idle. In the user-friendly interface, you can turn on cruise control, change gears, turn on Free Mode and more.

Top driver

The controller can be used to remotely enable / disable the longboard. In hibernation mode, power consumption is reduced by up to 3% so that the controller is always ready for use.

Reliable and maintenance-free

Reliable and almost maintenance-free thanks to the degree of protection IP55. The modular design of the controller, battery and drive allows easy replacement if required.

Intelligent drive battery

24 safety sensors connected to the controller monitor all battery cells. The UL-certified multi-layer software and hardware safety circuit constantly monitors the battery. The SONY VCT6 18650 high-capacity cells can be discharged with high current to maintain the reliability and performance of the battery. The high-precision galvanometer monitors the battery with an accuracy of 1%. Low-power mode starts automatically during longer storage. The battery is easily replaceable and has a degree of protection IP55.

Exway Trist trucks

The brand new Exway Trist trucks are manufactured using proprietary forging and CNC milling technology developed by the Exway engineering team. Trucks made in this way are more durable than trucks produced by the standard die-casting method. The T6 heat treatment ensures the strength of the truck plate and the wheel carriers. Bushing sizes meet industry standards to ensure compatibility and scalability. The ends of the bushings are equipped with a cup-shaped seal, which ensures stability, especially during high-speed gliding. The hand-cast polyurethane pivot cup improves shock absorption, sound and stability. VIRGIN A352 aluminum alloy, SCM435 alloy steel pins and SCM440 alloy steel shaft ensure maximum strength.
