GP series petrol engines manufactured by the Taiwanese company Great Power Engine excel in excellent workmanship, robust construction of quality materials and especially the use of high quality components such as pistons, piston pins and connecting rods from subcontractors producing for famous motorcycle brands such as Rotax, Yamaha, Honda or Suzuki. The smooth running of the engines is ensured by SKF bearings and a reliable fuel supply by Walbro diaphragm carburettors. The engines are suitable for operation with expansion and tuned mufflers. The well-thought-out design of the GP engines achieved a very good weight / power / price ratio.
GP76 is a newly developed single cylinder with a 38 mm cylinder bore. The crankcase is made of high-quality aluminum alloy; the pistons are equipped with one piston ring, the connecting rod and piston pins pass through needle bearings. The engine is equipped with quality bearings from the Swedish company SKF. Currently the most powerful model engine in the volume class 35-40ccm
The Walbro HDA-246 carburetor is a diaphragm, double-needle, equipped with a choke.
The light expansion exhaust silencer of the Pitts type is made of aluminum with a surface provided with a protective silver coating.
The ignition is electronic designed for power supply from batteries with a nominal voltage of 6.6 - 7.4V. It is possible to use both 6-cell power supply. a NiMH battery (at least 1500mAh) and a 2S battery LiPo (at least 1000mAh) or LiFe. The ignition is supplied with a protective spiral tube, a cable for connecting the battery and, of course, the NGK CM-6 spark plugs.
Recommended fuel: run-in 32: 1 (32 parts Natural 95 petrol per 1 part oil), normal operation 40: 1. We recommend using synthetic two-stroke oil Motul 710 2T or Motul 800 2T.
