The Freewell Split ND16/ND8 Filter is designed to provide two different levels of darkening in one body – ND16 (4 stops) and ND8 (3 stops). This allows it to effectively handle scenes with varying lighting – for example, when part of the shot is in shade and part is in direct sunlight – without the need to change the filter during flight. Each half is designed for a different drone lens, ensuring properly balanced exposure for both cameras at the same time.
Split construction: Custom designed for the dual lens DJI Mavic 4 Pro - each lens gets exactly what it needs.
Cinema-grade optics: High-quality multi-coated optical glass for maximum sharpness, true-to-life colors, and minimal distortion.
Lightweight, gimbal-safe design: The filter is balanced and does not interfere with the stabilization or flight characteristics of the drone.
Durability: Scratch-resistant, water-resistant and dust-resistant finish – ideal for harsh outdoor conditions.
Lifetime Warranty: Freewell guarantees the quality and functionality of all its filters.
Landscape and architectural shots – correct exposure for differently lit areas of the scene
Travel shots – reduces the need to change filters as lighting conditions change
Drone video production – professional images without compromise
