Servo Hitec D Series
The new Hitec D series digital servos combine the ultra-fast response, accuracy and high resolution of 4096 steps of HS-8xxx Servers with HS-7xxx Servers. In fact, existing servos far outweigh the 32-bit processor and the 12-bit ADC converter. In addition, they offer the "Wide Voltage" function, which allows the use of battery power in a wide range of rated voltages of 4.8 to 7.4 V.
32bit MCU / 12bit ADC
The new 32-bit Hitec processor coupled with a 12-bit analogue-to-digital converter that converts the signal from the feedback potentiometer offers the best response between servos for RC models so far. You can also use the universal PC interface DPC-11 (applicable to all Hitec programmable servos) to fine tune your D-Series servo drives to maximum performance (scaling, resolution, fail-safe, soft start, etc.) in a wide range of applications.
Wide Voltage
The Hitec "Wide Voltage" technology supports all types of receiver batteries with a nominal voltage of 4.8-7.4 volts. This means that the servo can be powered directly, for example, by a NiMH or NiCd battery of four to six cells, two LiFe, LiPo or Li-ion batteries - Of course, it should be remembered that the thrust and speed of the servo depend on the size of the supply voltage.
Output shaft with a 25-teeth long-lever
The D-servo output shaft is standard with a 25-tee (including a more precise lever adjustment perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the servos) and new levers with a corresponding thrust are used (not compatible with older Hitec servos).
Soft start
The soft start protects the servo and the rudder control mechanism when the onboard electronics is switched on - the servo slowly moves to the neutral position after switching on - no sudden twisting
Smart
New control algorithm to prevent spontaneous servicing of the servos in "sharp" setting of the servo insensitive band, saving gears and reducing current consumption."
Programmable features
With the new DPC-11 programmer / USB interface, you can set a number of D servo parameters for the perfect servicing of your application's servos. Series D servos have a consistently high resolution; You can set the servo deflection range up to 180 ° with the "EPA" function (with the control signal with 0.9-2.1 ms pulses). Programmable values \u200b\u200bare:
- Reset to factory defaults
- Deadband bandwidth (adjustable in 10 steps)
- Sense of rotation
- Speed \u200b\u200bof rotation
- neutral
- Soft start
- Displacement size (up to 180 °)
- Enable or disable fail-safe
- Setting the fail-safe emergency shift
- Overload protection (0-50% overload limitation)
D145SW
Very powerful microservo with steel gears with output shaft mounted on two ball bearings for use in RC models of all types. Thanks to a 10 mm flat box, it is especially suited to control wings and flaps in RC glider models with thin wing profiles.
It will replace HS-5125MG in the future.
