Discover small-scale adventure with the UDI RC Suzuki Jimny 1:18 RC crawler. The officially licensed Suzuki Jimny body, four-wheel drive, three-speed transmission with metal gears, and oil-filled shock absorbers create a capable off-road RC model that can handle both indoor obstacle courses and outdoor driving.
The model is supplied in RTR configuration, meaning it is fully assembled and ready to drive. The package also includes a LiPo battery, USB charger, and four-channel transmitter. You only need to add four AAA batteries for the controller.
The UDI RC Suzuki Jimny UCX2402B brings the character of a real off-road vehicle to a compact 1:18 scale. The detailed ABS body is based on the design of the legendary Suzuki Jimny, while the clipless mounting system keeps the body free from visible body posts and clips.
With a length of just 198 mm, this micro crawler fits easily into a backpack, yet still offers full four-wheel drive, a metal-reinforced chassis, and a design intended for slow, precise driving over challenging terrain.
The patented three-speed transmission offers the following modes:
Drive for faster driving
Neutral with the drivetrain disengaged
Slow for slow and precise driving over obstacles
The transmission uses metal gears, increasing the durability of key drivetrain components. Slow mode is especially useful for technical crawling, where precise power control is more important than maximum speed.
The RC car is supplied fully assembled in RTR, or Ready to Run, configuration. Power is provided by a 2S 350 mAh LiPo battery, offering a driving time of approximately 30 minutes. Charging is carried out using the included USB charger.
The true four-wheel-drive system helps the model maintain traction when driving over rocks, roots, edges, and other obstacles. The drivetrain is equipped with ball bearings and a KF130WH brushed motor, providing sufficient torque for slow crawler driving.
The motor is mounted at a forward angle. This design helps shift part of the weight over the front axle, improving stability and climbing performance.
A digital steering servo with 0.5 kg of torque provides a steering angle of up to 30°. This allows the model to manoeuvre precisely in confined spaces and avoid obstacles on indoor or outdoor crawler courses.
The multi-link suspension system, together with oil-filled shock absorbers, helps keep the wheels in contact with the surface. The metal-reinforced chassis also increases torsional rigidity when driving over uneven terrain.
The pre-installed LED lighting enhances the realistic appearance of the Suzuki Jimny and allows for impressive driving in low-light conditions.
The electronics consist of a modular 2-in-1 unit combining a 30A electronic speed controller and receiver. The unit supports lighting controls, driving functions, and crawler mode. Reliable communication between the model and transmitter is provided by a system operating on the 2.4 GHz frequency band.
