The third-generation Silverado introduced an all-new luxury top-level "High Country" trim that includes a saddle brown leather interior, Chevrolet's first foray into the luxury truck market. The full-square front end takes styling cues from the 1994 GMT400. The first production Silverado was completed on April 29, 2013. The Silverado 1500 went on sale in May 2013 as a 2014 model.
