Silicone tube, hole 2.4mm, outer diameter 5.5mm, length 1m, color red. Heat-resistant up to 180°C, resistant to UV radiation, resistant to alkalis and acids. Suitable for heating fuels for model engines with methyl alcohol and mixtures of methyl alcohol - nitromethane.
The silicone tube is temperature resistant up to 180°C. It is resistant to UV radiation, ozone and a number of chemicals – e.g. alkalis and acids (except concentrated nitric acid and sulfuric acid). Silicone cannot be used in contact with acetone, gasoline, toluene, chloroform, isopropyl alcohol. It is suitable for food applications because it does not affect the taste, smell or color of the substance with which it is in contact.
