The rocket is launched by first winding the rubber bundle with your finger, then grasping the bottom part, letting the rocket spin and releasing it.
The rocket rises to such a height that we wind up the rubber bundle inside the rocket. This is how we can regulate the flight height.
After unwinding the rubber bundle, the rotors stop at a preset location and the rocket slowly descends to the ground and lands on the rotor blades that form the landing surface.
