UHU PLUS 5 min schnellfest EPOXY 24ml / 27g

The superior quality of this quick-drying, two-component epoxy adhesive ensures fast, clear and solid bonding and repair with a strength of 130 kg / cm2. The adhesive resists moisture, oils, solvents, diluted acids and alkalis. It has a high heat resistance from -40 ° C to + 100 ° C. The adhesive is crystalline clear after curing.

SCOPE OF USE:
It is suitable for bonding metals, wood, chipboard, thermosets, hard PVC, laminates, ceramics, porcelain, glass, concrete, stone, rubber, expanded polystyrene, etc. to each other and to each other. Not suitable for bonding PP, PE, Teflon and Silicone.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
The bonded parts must be clean, dry and free of grease. Remove the cap of the two-syringe, squeeze the filler and hardener in a 1: 1 ratio (two equal strips) and mix well - the workability of the adhesive is 5 min. Apply the adhesive on one side, on both sides for rough and porous materials, press both surfaces together and fix for 20 minutes (using clamps or tape). Clean and seal the ends of the two-sided syringe properly. At room temperature the bond strength reaches 20 minutes. The highest functional strength reaches the joint after 72 hours. The minimum working temperature is 15 ° C. Store in a dry and cool place.
