Bison Poly Max® is a revolutionary all-in-one solution for bonding, fixing and sealing applications based on unique ms-polymer technology. This versatile, high-quality problem solving can be applied to all materials and surfaces under all conditions! Poly Max® helps you work quickly and do just one product. Always and everywhere, super strong and permanently elastic.

Bison Poly Max High Tack is a fast-drying, all-in-one, high-adhesion mounting adhesive designed for applications that do not allow fixing and require immediate strength and speed. It starts to dry - it creates a skin on the surface - in 10 - 15 minutes. Handling strength reaches after only 30 minutes, functional strength after only 4 hours (at least one surface must be absorbent). The bonded joint is elastic, absorbs vibration, does not shrink, and has great combination capabilities. The adhesive resists moisture, weathering and temperatures from -40 ° C to + 100 ° C and is recoatable. Spreading rate 5 - 8 m2 / kg.

SCOPE OF USE:
It is designed for bonding and assembly of PVC, ABS, metals, stone, glass, various plastics to various materials such as metals, plastics, glass, marble, stone, plexiglass, tiles etc. It is also suitable for mounting gluing mirrors to smooth surfaces and bonding polystyrene foam to metals (eg, garage door insulation), paving, tiling, etc.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Bonding and Fixing: The surfaces to be bonded must be dry and dust-free. Apply the adhesive unilaterally in points or strips and press together or tap the rubber mallet. If necessary, fix heavier materials for 10 minutes. For very heavy materials, fix the bonded parts for 4 hours. The full strength reaches the joint after 4 hours (condition: at least one material must be absorbent - for non-absorbent materials the final time is reached after a longer period). The glued parts can be corrected for a few minutes. The minimum working temperature is + 5 ° C. Uncured adhesive can be removed with a wet cloth. Store in a cool, dry place, do not freeze.

Seal: Apply the putty evenly over the joints. Within 10 minutes, smooth with damp (water with detergent without lemon) spatula, spatula or finger. Put vertical joints from bottom to top. The surface is dry during approx. 15 minutes. Hollow cure occurs after a few days (depending on thickness) - the cure speed is approximately 2 mm / 24 hours.
