Serpent continues to develop the Medius X20 chassis. In recent years, the market has changed and several new designs have appeared. After hard work, you can meet the new Medius X20 '23 chassis.
The new and improved suspension geometry will give the chassis maximum spin. Newly introduced is an aluminum rear differential and new rear upper arms that allow for greater adjustability. New 13mm shock absorbers with progressive internal milling are included.
The Serpent X20 '23 is more adjustable, refined and powerful!
DRIVE SHAFTS:
DJC shafts with double ball bearings in front and rear CVD ball shafts have been improved. We've removed the complicated clips and replaced them with larger, simple ones that come as standard. They provide exceptionally smooth and quiet torque progression throughout the suspension and steering range.
CHASSIS:

The X20 '23 is metal and is designed for the best possible symmetry.
ENGINE MOUNTING:
To increase efficiency, only one wide sprocket was used for the front and rear straps. The addition of a double ball bearing tensioning system eliminates the possibility of straps skipping.
FRONT SUSPENSION:
We were happy with the front suspension. We've added the popular system to prevent tire contact with the body. The upper arms are newly attached with joints that increase the effectiveness of the suspension.
REAR DIFFERENTIAL:
Introducing our all-new aluminum differential that provides better efficiency and smooth running thanks to ball drives.
ATTACHING THE BATTERY:
The new innovative battery holders have been designed with a carbon fiber spring lever that allows quick removal without the need for any tools. They also include the ability to set up batteries of different sizes.
LOWER SHOULDERS:
All-new designed arms with fully adjustable flex with different inserts.
SHOULDER ATTACHMENT:
Suspension Method: We've moved away from pivot style suspension and developed a new arm mount system that allows for a new hinge concept and increased adjustability to increase lean and camber.
SHOCK ABSORBER TOWERS:
The '23 X20 has a revolutionary concept with "floating" or "fixed" shock tower adjustment that allows better control over suspension settings.
