Castle Capacitor Pack 12S 4x220µF

The Castle Capacitor Pack is designed to eliminate battery voltage drops during high peak power draws. We recommend that you install the Castle Capacitor Pack on a 550 series helicopter or on a 1: 8 - 1: 5 car. For 700 and 1: 5 helicopters, Capacitor Pack is a must. For proper operation it is necessary to install the device as close as possible to the controller, the length of the cables should be greater than 8 cm between the controller and the Capacitor Pack.

The Castle Capacitor Pack is made up of 4 x 220 µF / 50 V quality capacitors with very low ESR (equivalent serial resistance). With a sudden increase in regulator consumption, the device delivers the current to the controller, thus avoiding overloading the LiPo accumulator kits, which are not designed for these peak loads. The Capacitor Pack reduces the power supply impedance at the drive frequency bands - ie, about 8 - 20 kHz.
