The Spektrum DX6 DSMX transmitter is a completely new design with such technological innovations and features that only higher-class transmitters have. Voice Features, Telemetry, Wireless Teacher-Pupil, Menu for Airplanes, Gliders and Helicopters, 250 Models in Memory and Storage Option on SD Card, Update Options
The transmitter can do more than 300 words, numbers, and phrases. For example, it is possible to program a flight mode name announcement when switching from one to another, landing gear, flaps. In addition, you can program various telemetry reports such as battery voltage in the model, model height, speed, or any other data. You can set alarms for all telemetry data. The pilot does not have to look at the screen to see what's going on, he just gets the message right away. DX6 has reports in English, other languages are available for free download from Spectrum Community. The high-quality voice reproduction is guaranteed by a special voice microprocessor.
Although the DX6 transmitter has a classic Jack output for Teacher-Pupil, the revolutionary wireless transmission can now be used and the Wireless Trainer in the transmitter menu. This technology offers more possibilities than cable transmission, especially the ability to work with multiple students without the need for pairing, linking, or setting up. To get the Wireless Teacher-Pupil function to work, you only need to pair another Spectrum DSMX transmitter or another transmitter with the DX6 transmitter. So the DX6 receives the signal from the pupil's transmitter, which then transmits it to the model.
In addition to its extensive programming capabilities for airplanes and helicopters, the DX6 features an impressive list of programming features for gliders. Five flight modes, 4 types of wings, 3 types of tail, mixer-elevator mix. The intuitive simple programming interface with the scroll button allows all these functions to be easily edited and used.
The DX6 has an internal memory for up to 250 models, which can be extended with an SD card. This can be used to transfer data between transmitters as model settings. The SD card is also used to update the transmitter firmware.
The DX6 uses advanced telemetry capabilities, especially in combination with a voice function, where you can set up reports when certain telemetry values are reached, or you can request a telemetry sequence by using a switch. Telemetry recording can be stored on an SD card and viewed on a computer after flight.
The transmitter is compatible only with DSMX receivers, so it is not compatible with DSM2 and Marine receivers. If you use a wireless teacher - pupil, then you can use both DSM2 and DSMX modulation transmitters.
