The proper procedure for connecting:

Due to the combined nature of this charging cable is needed when connecting to the charger, balancer and the charged battery fully complied with a certain procedure.

  • 1. Connect the red and black charger (power) pin 4mm plugs into the outlet charger.
  • 2. Connect the red and black charger (power) pin 4mm plugs into the battery.
  • 3. Connect the red cable service with 2 mm plug to the battery.
  • It was only the fourth finally connect the white connector service balancer / charger.

In this way, minimizing the risk of short circuit of the battery (if you're charging cable first to engage the battery) and avoid the possibility that the charger or balancer will report an error condition. (This could occur in the event that you initially connect the power wires and the white service cable into the charger and balancer. On the output (+) charger is usually a little "soft" voltage is used to detect a short circuit at the output, which would thus bring balancer at the outlet of the corresponding (+) of the second article, while "central" terminal corresponding (+) of the first article would be no tension. Balancer would then protested the battery connection with articles about zero resp. incorrect voltage, without actually was any battery connected .)

Tip for RAYTRONIC C12: With cable # 7988 originally intended for connection to a 6-channel balancers RAYTRONIC you can do without any adapters between the 4-channel C12 balancer charger and battery. You can simply cut off any excess white service connector - the connector remains non-interchangeability polarity and then maintained.
