New center reinforcement

The center reinforcement in red anodised aluminum provides maximum durability and rigidity even at high loads. The reinforcement holds on the new bracket between the front and rear differential housing.

New sliding engine bed

The engine bed has been completely upgraded. The red anodised, aluminum motor bracket can be easily adjusted and fixed thanks to precise manufacturing. The sliding bracket allows position and motor adjustment by loosening two screws that are easily accessible from the top. This solution greatly simplifies the adjustment between tooth clearances and pinion changes.

Innovative wheel hubs and ball joints

The newly designed hub nuts have integrated O-rings to keep them in place. Improvements have also undergone ball joints with a new top cap, which prevents the rod from jumping out of the pin and in a strong impact.

Aluminum shock absorbers

Oil red aluminum anodized shock absorbers have protective covers against damage when the car overturns. The car has high quality durable shock absorbers with the possibility of adjusting the spring preload. Dampers are equipped with dusters to prevent dirt from entering the piston.

Metal differentials

The RC model of the Notorious car is equipped as standard with metal gear differentials to ensure the reliability and longevity of these exposed parts. Easily accessible front and rear differentials allow you to perform maintenance in minutes. This means that you will spend less time on service so you can have more riding time.

Waterproof receiver box

There is no need to have a waterproof * receiver modification, the manufacturer has also remembered these cases and equipped the receiver box with a cable gasket and a rubber gasket for the lid.

Arm with anti-roll wheels

Do you like to ride the rear wheels? The support arm allows you to easily place the car on the rear wheels and gracefully accelerate the car quickly with spectacular rear driving. < / p>

Body support

The manufacturer also remembered that the car could land while driving on its back and provided chassis support for the body.

Easy maintenance

For ease of maintenance, the model is now equipped with an easily accessible central differential and a new engine bed. The engine can be removed after unscrewing the two screws.

Servo-saver

The servo-saver effectively absorbs the impact of the model on the front wheels and thus protects the servo steering. In addition, the aluminum servo-saver is lightweight for weight reduction and improved driveability.

Waterproof servo with metal gears

The ADS-15M Servo Controller with a torque of 15kg.cm at 7.4V is a high-performance, waterproof * servo control with metal gears. The servo has a standard size of 41 x 20 x 38 mm.

Powerful brushless motor

The Arrma BLX4074 engine with 2050 rpm / V is perfectly tuned for use with the BLX185. Thanks to the four-pole design, the motor has high torque and smooth running even at low speeds. The motor can be powered by up to 6 LiPo cells. The black anodized aluminum case has a perfect look, the 4-pole configuration delivers smooth and consistent power transfer. Gold-plated connectors allow quick and easy removal of wires while cleaning your car.

The engine can be fitted with an active Castle Creations cooler - part number CC-011-0004-00.

Arrma BLX185 waterproof controller

The model features a waterproof * brushless BLX185 controller that provides consistent engine power control. Power wires are equipped with reliable connectors, which are connected to the Y-cable (in case of using one 4 or 6-cell accumulator, it is sufficient to connect a shorting jumper to one connector). The regulator is fitted with a fan that keeps the regulator at an acceptable temperature during intensive driving.

The controller is compatible with three, four or six cell LiPo batteries. We recommend using at least 5000 mAh / 35C batteries.

Of course there is the possibility of calibration for other types of transmitters. These 5 basic parameters can be set on the controller using the button.

1. Battery type : NiMH / LiPo.
   Note: For newer controllers it is not possible to change the setting to NiMH.
2. Acceleration limitation : in 9 steps (on slippery surfaces it is better to use less acceleration to prevent wheel slippage)
3. Brake force limits : 25%, 37.5% and 50%
4. Mode : Forward / Brake / Reverse or Forward / Brake
5. Direction of rotation : Normal or reverse

Steering wheel set Spektrum STX2

The RC model of the Arrma comes with a Spektrum STX200 dual-channel steering wheel transmitter. It operates in the 2.4 GHz band, the transmitter can be set to reverse, neutral and reduce deflections. It also includes the possibility of limiting the maximum speed in steps of 50%, 75% and 100%. The transmitter is powered by 4 AA batteries, alkaline or rechargeable NiMH cells can be used.

• With adjustable reversals, neutral and deflection endpoints, you can use the transmitter in other models. The SRX200 replacement receiver is sold separately.
• The transmitter has the option to limit the engine power to 50%, 75% or 100 The 50% option is ideal for children or novice users.

New IC5 connectors

The new IC5 connectors have a modern design with an emphasis on safety and simplicity. The contacts consist of gilded pins and cores with a diameter of 5 mm.

As already mentioned, connectors have been designed with an emphasis on safe and easy to use. The connectors cannot be reversed, the contacts and soldered connections are covered with a plastic cover. The IC5 connector is backward compatible with EC5.
