Aluminum shock absorbers

Oil-aluminum red anodised dampers with a diameter of 16 mm with 4 mm shafts are oil, adjustable to different spring preload. The dampers are equipped with dampers to prevent dirt from entering the piston.

Battery bed

A secure battery mounting system holds the batteries with two tapes that are perpendicular to each other to ensure that your batteries are securely attached. Effective pressure wing

Receiver box with seal

The receiver box has sufficient dimensions for both the receiver and the cables, the cable entry is sealed with a rubber seal as well as the lid. This ensures that dirt and water do not enter the box.

DBoots tires in the field

Durable dBoots COPPERHEAD2 with an aggressive pattern are mounted on rigid black nylon discs, giving Kraton a quick traction for instant acceleration. The 17mm hexagonal drive allows the use of a wide range of wheel and tire combinations from other manufacturers.

3 metal differentials

The Kraton RC model comes standard with three metal gear differentials to ensure the reliability and durability of these exposed parts. Easily accessible front and rear differentials allow you to perform maintenance in minutes. This means you spend less time on the service to have more time to ride.

Detailed bodywork

The RC model car has a highly detailed body with amazingly designed stickers. This makes the model look perfectly from all angles.

Easy maintenance

For ease of maintenance, the model is now equipped with an easily accessible center differential and a new engine bed. The motor can be removed by unscrewing the two screws.

New center reinforcement

The high strength and rigidity, even under high load, is now provided by the red anodized aluminum center reinforcement. The reinforcement is held on the new bracket between the front and rear differential house.

Servo-saver

The servo-saver effectively dampens the impact of the model on the front wheels, thus protecting the servo steering. In addition, the aluminum servo-saver is lightweight to reduce weight and improve handling.

New engine sliding bed

The engine bed was completely innovated. The red anodized aluminum motor bracket makes it easy to set up and fix tight thanks to precise manufacturing. The sliding bracket allows you to adjust the position and the engine by loosening the two screws that are easily accessible from the top. This solution greatly simplifies the adjustment between tooth clearance and pinion changes.

Innovative wheel hubs and ball studs

Newly designed hub matrices have integrated o-rings that keep them in place. Improvements have also been made to the ball joints with a new top cap, which prevents the rod from jumping out of the pin and in a severe impact.

Powerful brushless motor

The Arrma BLX4074 with 2050 rpm is perfectly tuned for use with the BLX185. Thanks to its four-pole design, the engine has high torque and smooth running even at low speeds. The motor can be powered by up to 6 LiPo battery cells. The black anodized aluminum housing has a perfect look, the 4-pole configuration delivers a smooth and consistent power transmission. Gold-plated connectors allow you to quickly and easily remove wires when cleaning your car.

The engine can be fitted with an active Castle Creations chiller - order number CC-011-0004-00.

Arrma BLX185 waterproof controller

The model has a BLX185 waterproof brushless controller that ensures consistent engine power control. Power cords are fitted with reliable connectors that are plugged into a Y-cable (you don't need to edit anything if you choose to use a pair of battery packs). The controller is equipped with a fan that maintains an acceptable controller temperature during intensive driving.

The controller is compatible with three, four or six cell LiPo batteries. We recommend using batteries with a capacity of at least 5000 mAh / 35C.

Of course there is the possibility of calibration for other types of transmitters. The 5 basic parameters can be set on the controller using the button.

   Note: You cannot change the setting to NiMH for newer controllers.
2. Acceleration Restrictions : In 9 steps (use less acceleration to prevent wheel slippage)
3. Brake Power Limit : 25%, 37.5% and 50%

5. Direction of rotation of the motor : Normal or reverse

New IC5 connectors

The new IC5 connectors have a modern design with an emphasis on safety and simplicity. The contacts are made of gilded pins and cores with a diameter of 5 mm.

As already mentioned, the connectors have been designed with emphasis on safe and easy use. Connectors cannot be reversed, contacts and solder joints are covered with plastic. The IC5 connector is EC5 backward compatible.
