MiG-21bis is a fighter aircraft, which was supplied in large quantities to both the Soviet Air Force and a number of other states. For example, the Syrian Air Force has actively used a number of these machines during military operations in Lebanon (1979-1983). The greatest number of these MiGs, however, was taken by the Indian Air Force. Even today, this aircraft is part of the CIS and a number of other components.
